You're not downloading a file that can be saved locally, you're adding a license to your account that must be verifiable each time you access the content, regardless of its current price.
As such, you will always have a minimum transaction to put through.Īlso, it's important to note that even a $0 transaction would have to go through with location and payment methods on most sites as it serves as a means to authenticate and update entitlements on your account. However, there are no such codes of either type currently active right now if there are any active codes, you'll usually see announcements all over social media plus a blue banner when you load the site.Īs for your third point, there won't be a situation where you have a $0 cart as there's a heuristic $1.99 minimum transaction all purchases regardless of codes and discounts.
Included are the two updated output sheets, the sample export in InitTool group format and the game setting file named PCGen stat block. I do have one feature request: It would be nice if long text strings could wrap to a new line rather than go off the page. It ends up being much shorter but I can still easily find my data. For the order of things I've followed the stat block format presented in the DMGII as closely as can be done within InitTool. Here's what I did, I've condensed some of the properties into one line, so things like saving throws and ability scores each have there own line. I've put these up in my gallery (with a sample export) in case anyone else might find it useful. I've created a custom gamesetting and added the new properties to the export sheets. My one complaint is that the default D&D game setting properties is long and you do a lot of scrolling to see stuff lower down.
InitTool is fantastic, I've come to reference it first when I need to look at a characters stat rather than the PDF, book or PCGen (which is too slow to use during a game). I've started running a new campaign and I'm using InitTool, MapTool and PCGen along with PDF's to keep things pretty much paperless.
